the drug trade is going on from the time hippies made the base in goa.there was a time when indians were not allowed on crtain beaches as they would be exposed to drugs and nudity.bouncers used to keep them out.with political patronage things have changed you can go to any beach and take part or watch whatever is going on.thanks to our politician,who were doing many of them doing mineal jobs before we the educated illiterate voted them in.what you sow so you ripe. God bless my country,and tthe future generation.

Wow! Thanks for the enlightenment. I had no idea that all of this had been going on. It seems that there has been institutionalized breaking of the law in Goa for a long time.
