the point we are missing is that a young 15 year old girl was raped and killed. whether her mum was a bad parent, whether she herself was a drug addict, that is all immaterial. the most important thing is that 'mudre, most foul' has happened. and the worst is that the Goan government and its organs- the police, etc are busy covering up. it is an open fact that the drug mafia rules Goa.
