At least this time BJP will form the government with simple majority. No doubt but Party ticket preference must go to youngstars and women candidates...

BJP on its own will never come to power in Karnataka. The equations will be mor or less will be like this: BJP- 60 seats/Congress - 80 Seats/ JD (S) - 55 Seats/SP - 20 Seats and others - 9 seats. Congress and JD(S) will form the government. The situation would have been different had the election held somewhere in December 2007 or Jan2008. BJP could have encashed on the sympathy factor. Now that factor is fast vanishing.

My guess is BJP-120 seats, Congress -70 Seats, JD(S) - 10 seats- Others -Remaining seats. Still Congress meet the Governor and asking (??) him to call the party to form next government and try it's level best in horse trade and will resign to impose president rule.
