RE:foolish decession

I said only illitrates/uneducated who may not understand,seriously sick who may ok for conversion for treatment,poor who may be ready to convert for money,unemployed who may convert for employment,minors who do not understan what is religion ,by law should be forbidden from conversion.Give some logic what is wrong on this suggestion or on my findings that we got our in shape of Pakistan because of conversion?
