Mrs Pratibha Devisingh Patil Saktawat is going to reject it.

All such bills can not become law till the President of India approves it. And it is certain as long as madam President is there, such bills cannot get presidential nod. Till then, happy conversion.
Already, reservation for muslims and christans are added incentive to convert.

the president can return it jus once
once it clears the majority in both houses it has to be signed by the president :P

Arre, we are talking about the state assembly. The president has nothing to do there.

Even bills of this nature passed by assemblies are sent for presidential assent. This is constitutional provision. No state can overlook President of India in this matter.
