This is a very good article. I completely agree. UP and Bihar need to be developed to Save Mumbai and other cities. UP and Bihar are crime capitals of India. So much caste killings, rape murder, kidnapping etc... Those complaining about regionalism in Mumbai and Maharashtra should realise that UPs and Biharis are safer in Maharashtra then in Bihar/UP.

Get your facts right. Delhi is rape capital. No city is completely safe but Mumbai is one of safest cities in India for women.
