Absolutely.We overwork and our family lives suffer ,but we have to pay taxes which these biharis and UPites don't.They do not have their families here ,they can work without disturbing theur family lives. How long Maharashtrians are going to tolerate this ? All other communities are making us feel overpowered and making our lives miserable.Maharashtrians never do that when they go in other states. MARATHI MANASA AATA TARI JAGA HO . HAKLUN LAV YA BHAYYA LA.

You hit the nail on the head. The constitution is flawed in the sense it does not recognize state domicile and by the incessant supreme court interference in which state government resources are spent on non-resident/ migrant individuals. The solution is simple recognize state nationality.
