1) Bihar is pool of talent - Then why is Bihar undeveloped 2) Most of IAS, IPS are from Bihar - Does that explain why govt. system is so corrupt? 3) Most of the IITians are from Bihar - Is that why none of them prefer to stay in India(forget Bihar) and actually go abroad and work there 4) Most of the students in top premier college are from Bihar ? - Are any of these top premier colleges IN BIHAR ? - This is how money earned through corruption utilised by sending children to top premier colleges by money power ?

Just for a moment you forget about bihar and its problems and just concentrate on Maharashtra. Why so many maharashtrians going to USA? ans - to earn some good money. Why madhuri dixit and her husband settled in USA? ans - to earn dollers. Why marathi people are in delhi working in IT? ans - to earn money. Do you mean maharashtra is not corrupt? -How the so much money came to Raj thakre/ Bal Thankre? You mean in Maharashtra crime never happen? --Why so many maharashtrians involve in sex scandle in jalagaon
Conclusion - if you have concrete answers to this then you are correct.

If you don't like Maharashtra and Marathis, you are free to go back to your home state.
