education and hardwork

I agree that Education and Hard work is necessary incase of UP and Bihar upliftment. But the prime factor is that attitude of UP and Bihari people must change more than to blame the politician.

You're right. Rather than voting for caste, people should think of casting their votes - intelligently. Instead of pointing fingers at Mumbai and its politicians, the politicians of these states should reflect on their own contribution to these states, and India.

I fully agree with you. I have worked with many North Indians, and obviously they are always missing home, but they are helpless in bringing any social & economical reforms in their own state due to rigidity of the society.

You talk like you come from a rich state. Remember, minus Mumbai and Pune, Maharashtra is no better than Bihar or UP. Always remember that residents of Marathwada and Vidarbha region are also part of so called developed state of Maharashtra. So, if Mumbai is left to Maharashtrians, it would be no better than any Amarawati or some other town in the region.

Nobody has called outsiders to come to Mumbai. People don't come to Maharashtra so that they can help Maharashtra progress. They come here to get 2 times food and safety of life which is not there in UP/Bihar. Stay there if you want and don't bother what happens in Maharashtra. People won't just survive but thrive without all the new migrants ...
