Run your Railway with in Maha. Marathi should be with in Maha. Remove Governor and President from other places and through him. Don't ask money from Center for Mumbai/Pune infrastrucure. Remove all central institution from Maha. Your contribution for India only 5% as per 2008 Budget.

I think you have missed the point. Indian defense forces exists in Maharashtra mostly in Mumbai and near by cities. Mumbai is the business capital of India. It needs to be protected, specially the port. Mumbai is the property of the Gov. of India. And so it belongs equally to its citizens.

Mumbai is the capital of Maharashtra and not the property of the government of India.We are not staying in a communist country for anything and everything to be a government property.The Government is elected democratically by the people of this country.It is not the master and the masses are not its servant.
