Only one country which can take intiative to end this is INDIA, which will not happen unless and untill we have Sonia there for whom India is of second importance to Congress

No my dear , India can't take initiative in this scenerio because if this action will be taken by India against China than for sure there will be an issue of over crossing boundaries in Nepal by India will arise too. N that too is a shameful situation. Alright
