OK its between China and Tibet but by saying such strong statments against the tibetians, the UPA gov.t has just their loyalty towards China. If they dare not support Tibetians, they need not oppose them and theaten them as if they are Chinese dogs. Shame on India, Shame on UPA, shame on CPM
