India has a most disgusting caste social system. How can you say India has a better society than China. In China, at least everybody has chance to advance in their life. What is the chance for Indian Untouchable to advance? I have watched a documentary about India Untouchable on SBS in here Australia. The caste system is most inhuman and disgusting. No society like this even in Iraq, Sudan or North Korea.For those low caste untouchable people, not only they do not have the chance but their children and children's children do not have chance. From the document, I can see that India is so uncivilised, so poor and I can not see there is any future for Indian if you live in such society. What a pitty.

Though the evil of untouchability still exists in India, we made wonderful progress in improving their conditions and towards the removal of that evil from our society. We are capable of handling that. You better look into your own backyard and look at the pathetic conditions of the aboriginals. Being natives, they are now in a state of confusion. They are reduced to second class citizens and see no hope for them and hence indulge in drugs & petrol sniffing. The are in total despair. Wherever you go, you guys just destroy the locals & their culture. Thank God, we were in huge numbers and hence could survive.
Moral of the story: Before pointing your finger at others, look at your own deeds. Those who live in a glass house shouldn't throw stones at others.

SC/ST becoming presidents..?why no prime minister so far?why no Home minster so far?why no defence minster so far.. You can give presidentship to Dalits because we all know that is a rubber stamp post which doesnt carry any power what so ever. Your so called Dalit respect is as ceremonial as the post of presidency

dalit get what they want, Kashi ram put his head below Sonia Ghora memsahab, please become the president. Can we blame pysce of people. Nobody molests African girls in India, but you find spate of rape and molest cases for Ghora women and they know many indians have inferiority complex due to their skin and this is how they want to get high. An extra tamil actor dancing with jaya who is fair and same happens in Telugu and Malyalam cinema. So many people line up in north just to see Sonia when she comes for rallies, but they might not vote...

I do agree to your sentiments about the caste system in India and I am very much there by your side but let anyone not get carried away by the western media.Can you site any western medium ever appreciating the strides India has made with very few exceptions.You sat in a country where the whites invaded the land,killed hundreds of aborigines(Diseases apart),took away their children and created a colonial society.Today they may have apologised because that is the easiest thing to do.India is a country with diverse cultures,traditions and religions.In this melting pot we had and still find the traces of untouchability but largely she has galloped in to civility in a short span of 60 years.What is Australian history? Whatever you eulogise is steeped in blood,invasion and exploitation that to a gene pool created by convicts.The India bashers should first check their cupboards first for the skeletons before accusing.We,Indians are proud for the fact that despite the differences and anomalies we have freedom to breathe and not like China.She dictates who should reproduce and when in her country.Dear David Dak,if you are an Indian at least you should have shot a letter to SBS for not airing a balanced view.If you are an Australian white,I have nothing more to add because you could never be reformed.

INDIA IS best society, we did not anhilate the natives like that happened in North AMerica or South-America. Neither has India propaganda machine to defend themselves. The Indo-Aryans learnt Hinduism, Caste and spicy food from native Indians and we still preserve good or bad of what they taught use. We also learnt local dravid languages from them when we moved there. THE GHORA'S SLOWLY WIPE OUT IDENTITY (LANGUAGE, DRESS AND EVEN RELIGION) ANY ONE WHO COMES TO THEIR LAND OR TRADE's WITH THEM. All this BS of right is baloney when identity of person is wiped out. A shudra can be rich in India and still say that he belong to Kunja tribe of Jharkhand. Nothing like that when you mingle with Ghora's from West or East Europe anywhere in the world. arabs did no different to the world where they interacted. THE YOGIC AND VEDANTIC INDO-ARYAN WERE AND ARE THE BEST IN THEIR SPIRTS. THE BIGGES HARAMIS ARE THE Ghora's and chinese are aping their "gun is power" logic.
