China is not sincere it battered with the pakistanis in aksai chin, it anexxed many land s of india,and yet not resolved both with india and the tibetens, Dalai Lama is a true human great ideals, he even has good to speak about the occupiers, a true budhits and a rare Gandhian. India Should Award him the Bharat Ratna. for his ideals
