While President Bush needs to take the Senate's approval for the Nuclear Deal, Indian Congress Party says is does NOT need Indian Parliament's approval for the same. Does this mean Indian Congress Party is more interested in getting US Senate's approval than Indian Parliament's?

OK! I think that is being too sentimental about our Governance. Perhaps it has to do with the mandate the constitution provides to the Govt. It could be the case irrespective of the party in Power.
