KANPUR: A man was arrested for allegedly raping his 14-year-old daughter after she lodged a complaint, police said on Wednesday.
The girl lodged the complaint in Nazirabad police station on Tuesday night alleging his father, Munna Prasad, had been repeatedly raping her for last 15 days at their Ranjit Nagar residence as her mother was out of station, police said.
A case has been registered against the man, police said, adding that the daughter has been sent for medical examination.
