Every government in this world has a right to assess other people and their government. It is their internal matter. Don't we all assess our threat perspective? The report is an assessment about Indian states for their internal use. I don't think USA asked the CPI(M) to do something about it. It is their observation. It could be right or wrong.It is their problem not ours.So why CPM is making a lot of noise about it?

Then why not you ask our Home Department to assess the Human Rights violations carried out by the US world over and publish a report. We will see what happens next. They will bomb us. It is not anybody's work to assess our home security and human rights matters. It is solely our problem and we need to correct the wrongs. Can you imagine publishing a report on your neighbour's conduct? Your face will get deformed!

JKP..you miss my point...we can and we do study about other countries and make reports to concerned departments for our internal use. So does USA, Russia, UK,China and every one else. No one can stop others from making a study about something or some one . We need to react if and only if they intervene in our activities and ask us to change our policy. Eg.US intervention in Iraq cannot be accepted. When we cannot do something about it, it is better to leave it at that.
