  RE:The new rule is good

Yeah I completely agree. UK, Australia, USA and some other English speaking countries have embarked on this novel mission of cleansing their countries of all sorts of crime, by promoting the English language.
Hence they not only don't have criminal chefs, they don't even have any criminals at all.
Other world leaders are seriously considering this extraordinary and unique development of curbing crime by ensuring everyone speaks English.
Since India fares quite high on the list of English speaking populace, they have granted a close-to-nil crime rate status to India as well.

However, Chinese are now being increasingly isolated by this move, and Chinese nationals are increasingly being considered as criminals, and low class who have no basic human behaviour.

This new global spinout is likely to be discussed in the upcoming UNO session.

Indians (and Bangladeshis, Pakistanis and Sri Lankans) who have settled in the UK have much lower rates of crime than the native UK people, I am embarrassed to say.
