If a working doesnt know english then he must not be allowed to work/enter in UK...... Its like Mumbai in india.....

So we also want the same like UK that everybody should know good English but not national language (which again is politically abandoned on southern India and accepted by Govt). Look through our own country and life. we are more colour/English sensitive than UK.
