Rule is more like dicrimination for Asian.Rule says any immigrants outide EU needs to peak English, but what abount those comming from EU but cannot speak English.I think many of the EU nation citizens cannot speak good English.

This type of rule widely accepted by Govt of India also. you cannot carry any food to Australia but Australians cricketers bring all their food while coming to India and don't consume anything of India. indian cricketers were even punished for carrying dirty (?) shoes It is accepted by India for other countries also. we black/ brownies are responsible for all these nonsense happenings.

EU is made to make Europe united despite different languages. I dont think India is part of Europe.

I don't understand this...when UK itself is not part of EU why favor people from EU. Don't you think this is racial discrimination ? I don't see any other angle to this law.

lalwani, check ur sources b4 u blow ur big horn in here. Uk has been part of european comission when it first formed with i think 11 countries and then has come to be known as european union now.

Of course it is racial discrimination... They somehow don't mind losing jobs to "other" Europeans (read whites)... And surprisingly they did not grumble when all manufacturing jobs moved to china... Somehow India always attracts bad publicity... am not discussing reasons (in my opinion) because it will lead to political bashing and divert the issue...
