A case of the Keystone Kops. Does the Central Government have the guts to investigate this case honestly?

Center has it's own Govt(Congress)in Goa, so they wouldn't order any investigation.

Ravikumar your mind is full of politics. This is a case of rape & murder so please concentrate on the issue.

yeah its a case of political unwill to fight crime also, so what Ravi is saying is absolutely correct.
