Nobody's A Saint

The Police, The Doctors (who had a supplement page to the first autopsy), The Politicians all are rogues and need all the flank they are recieving from the media and people alike for their plot to cover up of the murder, and the murderer/rapist.
But anyone has thought and asked these questions of the Victim (god bless her soul) and her mother/family?
1) What was the girl (Scarlette) doing late night/early morning with bunch of guys (aliens to her - localities) without any of her family members, or friends and her mom with her?
In an alien land, would anyone leave their daughter (15 years girl) alone, and go to/be at another place/state/city? (Scarlettes mother was in Karnataka at the dreaded time, this incident happened?)
Which respectable Parent or concerned parent would leave her daughter (a minor) in aplace which they dont belong to?
2) A 15 year old girl drinking, snorting drugs, having fun with bunch of guys (localities), so late night?
Which Girl (not an adult) would be indulging in drinking, snorting drugs and having parties with guys whom you dont know also...

I'm from Goa, and I know what happens on these beaches.. I have seen it all....Its a "HIPPIE's" life out there, especially these UK tourists (majority of them who actually are Hippies) who come to Goa...

IT NEEDS TWO TO TANGO...........& NOBODYS A SAINT

She is 15 years old,a child. It is insane to blame her for not understanding all the intricasies of Indian culture and human nature.
Her mother must accept some blame for negligence.

BUT,none of this is an excuse for raping a girl.A woman who parties upto 4AM is NOT public property.
The ultimate question here is of our own conduct, how women are treated in this country. No matter Scarlett was a saint or imp,she didn't deserve to be raped and killed.

As usual, the criminal Indian mind is bent on justifying the crime.
1. Whatever she was doing late at night was her business. That does not allow anyone to rape her. Is there a law stating that you cannot be out beyond such and such time? And that you cannot be with men unknown to you? Is this saudi arabia?
2. If the 15 year old was into smoking and drugs, she should have been tried for faking her age (in case she did that) or the people who got the drugs/cigs for her should be tried (if she did not fake her age). That she was smoking does not give anyone a right to rape her.
