No one knows what has happened in their house. Knowing that, If his wife goes to police station and complains for 'dowry harassment' he will be behind the bars irrespecive of who he is and no bail is granted. This law is so powerful any one's can misuse it so easily.
So before she complains, he only informed police in formal way, he saved himself.

No he is not intelligent, he is the incarnation of devil. He had acted as an 'Iago' in the life of some one, so that he would get Sadhana physically. It was in 1979 when he was a student (M.A) of political science in Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Sadhana was his class mate (unfortunately). Hope he remembers the promise he made to a simple man who had been to his room in the hostel of Vanivihar to sacrifice his love so that Sadhana would be happy with a man with an IPS job. The sacred place where all three of them standing together was the gate of the first ladies hostel. Even the Gods were jealous of that man on that special moment.

You have a great point. In a recent judgement from one of the courts, it came out that whoever came early for the FIR does not mean he is correct. I think even if his wife goes now and claims self defense against domestic violence or marital rape, her statement is more likely to be believed.

Below, I present the actual story, so that, it becomes apparent as to who were the real victims for 27 years at the hands of sushant. He has been trying all tricks in the book to malign my mother sadhana and me. Sushant is presently ADGP in the Police Computer Wing in bangalore. This is his cell no-9731552029 Sushant has not been coming to his officially allotted quarter at Jeevan Beema Nagar in Bangalore since Dec 2007. On informal enquiry, I and my mother Mrs. sadhana mahapatra found that he was staying with a girl (whose name we later came to know was ranjita nanda), aged 25 of 'doubtful' origins. He stays with this girl at no-87, 6th cross, Brindavan Layout, Horamavu, Bangalore-43. On being confronted by me and my mom, he abused us. Also, he revealed before us that this girl is his second-wife whom he has married with "full rituals". He also proudly proclaims to have kept no record of his second marriage so that no action can be taken against him...
