Delhi and upward north- Muslims were wiped out.

Had Gandhi not been there, UP, Bihar, MP, Bengal also would have been Muslim free.

India would have prospered much in that case.

What makes you think they did not want the division??
When we tore Bangladesh out of your Pakistan, they also thought it was a good riddnace..similarly, some beggars went to Sindh, West Punjab, Baloch and NWFP...we are happy about it!!
