Sufi Islam of Kashmir was killed by Deoband.

Most Mosque preachers in Kashmir Valley are now Deobandi, mostly from UP, Bihar.

Its they who instigated jehad amongst Indian Muslims.

While psuedos protected deoband, even today as seen from this press report.
