all russians hotel owners staff are into drugs..u visit any hotel and the staff will ask u about call girls/drugs.even the police are hand in glove with the drug dealers .so if a case of drugs comes over it is but natural for the cops to fudge the case.even the local politicians have a hand in these dealings.u think goa would be so popular without these polticians knowing about drugs!!! hahaha........funny to ask why police lied. i also would like to render my help to the family if they need as i stay near goa. god be with the family in these hard times.
