well Mr.Gandhis tour has quite an under lying message that loads f political critics etc are trying to read...but then give him a breather man.... if nothing else he will kno whats up in the states and what happens where... after all knwin india in all its glory isnt everyones agenda...

Yes. This little boy must learn more about India than his mother. After all the mother is working with handful of vested interested people settled in Delhi.
