China is developing faster and they are decreasing their poverty faster.....

So it doesnt matter if they are corrupt or not, as they are working hard....

But look at our politicians....they are corrupt but dont work hard....India is still there where it was in last 20 years....

Not India, but our politicians definitely belong to older generation. The young India is increasingly restless, wants to challenge old ideology, try new things, and generally has 'can do' feelings which bodes well for the future. Hindu societal revolution has not yet begun, wait for their stomachs to be full, then see what happens...
