A very good reason to justify corruption in Inida, by saying that China is corrupt than India... they could get nothing else to compare China with India.... it is like saying, X is a smuggler, while I am only a burglar.

Hmm.... waise agar corruption hat jaaye to sarkaari naukri mein kuch rahega nahin.... log sarkari naukri karte hi isliye hain ke jeb bhari jaa sake mast tarike se...

The point is be corrupt but show an improvement..for example if 10 crores is allocated to build a flyover in 6 months ...spend 12-15 corres ..eat money but build a good flyover in 6 months..this happens in CHina but not in India..That is why the corruption is worst in India
