Its sad that a child should have to die such a cruel death. The policing in Goa is almost non-existent. Anjuna and Vagator do not have a policeman within 3 kms of the desolate beach. The local boys are vulgar and extremely aggressive. The same happens to many whites. Not all die so they dont hit headlines

THIS IS DISGUSTING REALLY,SAD PART IS THAT ADMINISTRATION TAKES THINGS VERY LIGHTLY,BECAUSE EVERY BODY FROM POLITICIANS TO POLICE ALL DONT BOTHER TO REALLY WHAT IS HAPPENING AROUND US,PUNISH THE GUILTY SO THAT THESE THINGS DONT HAPPEN AGAIN,FOR MONEY THEY ALL SELL THEIR DIGNITY IN GOA.SEE IN RAJASTHAN THESE THINGS HAPPENED CONVICTS WERE PROSECUTED FAST.BUT I GIVE FULL MARKS TO BRITISH MEDIA WHO KEPT THE INCEDENT ALIVE,THEY SHOULD KEEP IT UP. ALSO THERE SHOULD BE TREMENDUS PRESSURE FROM VICTIMS COUNTRY,IN FACT THEY THEY SHOULD TAKE THINGS TO INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE SO THAT THEY REALISE IN INDIA HOW SHOULD THEY BEHAVE.EVEN A COMMON MAN COULD HAVE SOLVED THIS MURDER.THESE INCDIENT EFFECTS THE TOURISM WHICH INDIRECTLY EFFECT THE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN TOURISM INDUSTRY.MANY OTHER INCIDENT GO UNNOTICED. THAT IS WHY WE ARE FAR FAR BEHIND THE OTHER COUNTRIES IN TOURISM TRADE.EVEN SMALL COUNTRIES ARE FAR A HEAD THEN US. IMAGINE THE NON EXISTENT MINISTER OF TOURISM,WE NEED MINISTER WHO SHOULD BE DYNAMIC,HARD WORKIN WITH INTELEGENCE.
