It's a henious crime committed by rogues and police is more or less responsible for not disclosing the whole truth just to protect the tourism.Parents are already suffering for the loss of their child.No body has a licence to kill anyone taking drugs.rather than arguing who is to blame lets concentrate on catching the true culprits (You all know when i say true culprits) and bring justice to the greiving parents.
