for most of the south indians and specially tamils, we cannot distinguish a bihari from another north indian say a punjabi hindu,himachal pradeshi,UP and Delhi wala, and some times a bengali, gujarathi, and even a maharashtrian by their looks. they all look alike, unless we know them earlier, the language they speak, or they tell us.
