Well Noida and Gurgaon also come in North India.........

I said Bihar and UP. NOIDA and Gurgaon are in NCR now.
The answer is total breakdown of law and order.

simple majority of the marathis having allegiance to shiv sena and bjp and ncp and congress do not want to work they want only job and expect someone else to work and feed them Hard working marathis suffer because of these nuts
