If u look at the toppers of premium colleges in DU..most of them will be Biharis....Candidates succeeding in IAS IPS exams are majorly from Bihar....Look at the top notch B-Schools in India...and you can easily find out the share bihari students enjoy...Moreover the famous captain of cricket team Dhoni is from Jharkhand which was earlier a part of bihar...so folks please get ur facts right before going bla bla bla every 5th IIT stud is a bihari...so go figure..all the coaches at FIITJEE batch 1 are biharis...the topper of VIDYAMANDIR CLASSES is a bihari..so go figure,now

They are toppers because the entrance question papers are available to them even before the exam day....

Then why these so called IAS/IPS officers go to Bihar and work there for the progress of the bihar ? I bet no body will go there....as they dont want to spoil their next generation...hence they will either settle in Delhi or Mumbai....or Gurgaon

excellent...why is bihar a rotten place then? BT/RT might not be doing any good to bombay, but there is one fact, that people from UP/Bihar have created lawlessness, indiscipline, unhygienic conditions and a lot of other problems in Mumbai. Everyone is entitled to live anywhere in india, but people from these two states really annihilitate simple, clean, happy, disciplined civil society. Bihari's / UPites all over the world should do something to improve their states, and very importantly elect good governments. If there is education and good governance, those states will be better than what they are now and people migrating to other states will also be able to be adjust and be acceptable to others.
