Divided we fall
by Cool Customer on Mar 05, 2008 08:53 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

I fail to understand the 'vision' of these 'leaders' who envision some sort of benefit in the long run coming out of this divisive and cheap talk. They can gain some standing in the short run, but am completely aghast that they are willing to hurt the nation in the way!

I am no admirer of the situation in Bihar, but I have have tremendous admiration for the lot who I have come come accross in the JNU's and IITs with a tremendous depth of social causes and intelligence.I have found the lot highly educated, sensitive to social issues and very intelligent. Hence to categorize them in general as goons speaks the exposure Mr. Thackrey has possibly sought.

The nation is bleeding every day with increased fragmentation. Every day there is a birth of a new though which wants easy access to the peice of economy cake by - Power. This is a dangerous trend, and hope we have the rise of intellectual groups like Bharat Uday Mission soon.

I have been reading a lot of this talk about "immigration" behind the "issues". Firstly, moving from one state to another is not migration. Secondly, it seems the agenda is hijacked by Mumbai being Maharashtra. I have travelled a lot over Maharashtra and have found dirt and chaos rampant with minimal roles from 'migrants'.
Someone has pointed out somewhere in the discussion that the problem is planning. We have just recently started growing as an economy. It will take a few years to trickle down and see all round improvement. Now, the funny part is some, who have sitting on the top of the chain have started filling precious and want the 'dirt' removed that did not bother them for 40 years. Quite convinient, but not worth admiration.

If we do not let Hindi/Urdu finish local languages and if we do not fall at the altar of Hindi mata then we are doomed... great bhayya logic... bhayya hai bheja nahi.

Terminator,
I am sure you eat idlli in Kerela, posto bhaath in Bengal, eat beef and read namaaz when in Middle East.....But then, not everybody is a genius. So poor Biharis keep practising their culture and you are right in demanding "How dare they!?" when you can!

Of course, tolerance and adpatability is for fools and "akkharpanti" is for the brainy.

So, please excuse my bhaiya logic!

Why do we fight?

There is a simple soultion to this issue.

What do the Biharis come to Mumbai for?

Railway Tracks!

Let the government give each of them a 6-foot piece of a railway track.

They will go back home and use it as a toilet.

Where is your compassion people?

Please don't deny a human being the basic need to exercising their right to the most bodily function!!

Why don't bhayyaz go to Kashmir?
B'coz there are no railway tracks there.

In the budget FM should have announced free 6 foot railway track for all bhayyaz provided they do not invade other states.
