I dont accept the way and the method Thakrey family has shown against Non Maharashtrians. If outsiders have to be stopped stop all the outsiders that means people from Rest of Maharashtra also to Enter and Settle in Mumbai.Even i agree and share the concern of collapiosng infa of Mumbai due to mammoth Population from Outside. But why blame only Bihar.Peple from all the places are Comiong and entering here may be they are not poor wage earners like Biharis or UPites but they are penetrating in all the other sectors.
Now let me take up few issues .....This all started with Mr Nehru Forming the State Reorganisation Commision where liguistic majority was given imporatnce when forming state rather than there span of Control or Area covered. Secondly who said that Mumbai belongs to Maharashtra??? It was a gift given by Congress Goverment to appease the Marathi Votes .There was No referendum taken in parliament as Mumbai is a Conglomeration of 7 Islands where once upon a Time Pirates from Malabar coast also used to reside(Malabar Hills) and loot Portueguese Ships .Kholis are Fisherman Community which aws not in majority . Maharashtra state was Formed with Mumbai as a Capital in 60's under Samyukta Maharashtra Andolan. After that the wave of Name change of cities swept in their also South India was the Leader...Trivandrum became Thirivananthapuram in 1991 then Madrasis changed and then marathis changed Mumbai. Even i am shocked that the left who never believed in caste and religion also changed the name of Calcutta to kolkata but couldnt change the economy(Highest registered Unemployement in India. Lastly Biharis dont have any right to talk against provincialism...Remember what Kesarinath Pandey's(Ex CM )Comment in 60's in Brigade Ground in Kolkata"Bihar for Biharis
