i Like the guy :) but he's just reformed recently. He wasn't so good few years back!

Lalu is never good.He is claiming the credity for railways resurgence which is infact due to revolutionary growth in Indian Industry and economy.If he is so good he could have done at least 1% of it in Bihar,Raj Thackery would not have ammunition against Biharis.
