Wherever these Bihari goes they make the area area so dirty . In Mumbai wherever they have landed the flit is growing . Slums are basically created by the migrants coming to Mumbai . If Lalu is so concerned why dont he make life better in Bihar for Biharis so that they dont run off to other states.
