I am surprised by the gigantic urgency that our PM has for peace with Pakistan. Is that a genuine one or is it just another attempt to gain minority votes. Pakistan may be shifting ( I repeat may be since one should not underestimate Mush and the Bush that swears by him ) from one politcal leadership to another ! Zardari has made the right noises about his vision for a relationship with India keeping the Kashmir Issue in the back-burner. But it too early for the MM Singh to jump out of the Bathtub crying 'eureka'. Let and us wait and watch . Analyze our foreign policyand you will see that it has helped us to beocme the most hated country in the region . Every one ,right from the tiny Sri Lanka to the mighty China, has a relationship that at best can be called 'strained'. We either dont have a foreign policy or we have one that is faulty. China with its aggressieve posturing still remains more repected in the region than this docile country . Revisit our foreign policy tenets and correct that which must be. Dont waste time making gestures to an 'unborn new political dispensation' . Dr Singh it may be a counter productive ! If some body tells Manmohanji that 'taalia ek nehi, do haath se bajti hain', the poor sadarji may start clapping by himself . Somebody will have to qualify the 'do haath' also to him.

PKN Puttar, please do not under estimate India's foreign policy. It is a strong and calculated one. We beleive in 'jhagda' and our internal as well as external policies reflect that in true sense. All our neighbour countries should appreciate our philosophy and must learn to live with that. And regarding your poor comment on Manmohanji's 'ek haath ya do haath' I am ready to do full scale 'jhagda' with you, true to our national charecter.
