The state of Bihar as per the book is true picture of the Bihar's own people. There politicain are least concerned about their own people.

facts:
1. Last 30 years every other state has improved but Bihar is not improving...
a) In education sector
b) No MNC are investing in the Bihar.
c) All the funds given by the central
Government are not utilised properly.
d) They are not even controlling the growth
rate of pupolation.

I would bet my last single rupee given a choice people in the war torn areas of Iraq would be gleefelu if they were moved to Bihar as refugees!

Agree. I read some time back that they try to stop work for 4 lane highway which passes thru Bihar because then it will be difficult to stop trucks for dacoits. Current highway is full of potholes & only two lanes with no fences so it is easy to put barricade in night & when truck stops they will loot it easily.
