Unconstitutional actions of Conress in Goa
by Sidharth Kuncalienker on Mar 04, 2008 05:50 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Congress Government survived two times due unconstitutional actions of the Speaker and the Governor. The second time, (when the assembly session was in progress) when the Congress Govt was reduced to a clear minority, the Governor instead of asking teh Chief minister to prove his mojority on teh floor of teh house, illegally prorogued teh assembly thereby saving teh Congress Govt.

It is o wonder that till date Congress Goverment hasnot beenable to pass any finance bill and even Giovernors speach is not passed by the Legislative House.

CVongress does not beleive in Democracy. However it strongly beleives in divide and rule and this is achieved by pitting caste against caste, religion against religion, etc...

Requesting all KAnnadigas to kick this party out of Karnataka and give a clear mandate to BJP to provide a good governance.

One must also not forget the dirty hands of congress in perpetuating an Independent as a CM in the state of Jharkhand... There too, if election are held tomorrow, Congress, and JMM (girgit) would be history...
