Shekhar Singh was a pilot in the UP govt (flying the CMs) who was subsequently made a bureaucrat (principle sec.) . He is a very honest man but the corrupt IAS lobby find it tough to digest that a non IAS has risen to such a high post.
During his term as the Chairman of Noida there were no irregularities whatsoever. He is a tough man of action and a doer.

What can be said about him? hmmmmmm I can just say.........he is very-very-very close to CM.
