See the situation in UP and Bihar

How can progress our state unless these culprits are looking for there security.

We biharis and UPs are fighting in other states like Assam, Maharashtra and other states.

First we should check our root causes.

You are right we do not get any opportunity in our state, we go and fight in other state. Why not improve the situation in our state so that all the other people will want to come to UP and Bihar.
