Manekshaw

As an afterthought, the government has decided to name Army complex after F.M.Manekshaw. Probably the govt. realised that it was stupid of them not to send any senior ministers or such to the funeral.

Better late than Never.

Did you know that after 303 BC
-- when Chandragupta Maurya defeated Seleucus Nicator --
India faced 2,300 years of successive defeats
against invaders ?

The 1971 War, with Field Marshal Manekshaw
at the helm, the gave the Indian Army the first
ever victory in a long, long time.

Thank you Sam Bahadur !
