NEVER CAN THIS BREED of self centered polity do anything good for their country. Present groups at governance are clear in their actions to sell out our country. India is now at peril

Where the mind is always at fear and the head is held low in shame;
Where knowledge is perverted and never free;
Where the country has been broken up into fragments by narrow
domestic walls;
Where words come out from the depth of untruth;
Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards corruption;
Where the clear stream of reason has lost its way into the
dreary desert sand of dead habit and intolerance;
Where the good mind is led astray by thee into ever-narrowing thought
and action--
Into this mores of freedom, did my Father dream?
When will my country awake!!!

Ravi Indran, Very good. I am sure Rabindranath Tagore, if alive today, would have fully agreed with your altered reading of his memorable poem.
I share your sentiments fully. But India will survive, it has done so against greater challenges in the past.
