Dr Singh has Phd in economics from Oxford. And he has been a finance minister for years. And has wealth of experience on economy and finance. But lot of people posting on this board show lot of finance sense than prime minister. If an casual boarder who gambled all his money in stock market has such a economic wisdom, why not PM?

Have you seen MM Singh's Oxford D.Phil Thesis. I did. There is no mathematics, no statistics, no theory, simple tables all copied from Government of India publication. There is only one conclusion that in future engineering exports will be important( at that time India used to export only tea and jute). This is the knowledge of MM Singh. Those who do PhD in economics from the West knows nothing about the real world. Several Professors from Harvard were recruited by Yeltsin in 1992 after the destruction of the Soviet Union. Within three months they had destroyed the economy of Russia. Similarly this gang MM Singh, Montek Aluwala, Chidambaram are destroying India.

Oxford is just a name. Those who got degree from these place in economics, do not know any real world economics. Most Indians who got degrees in economics from these places did very low grade works and then after their return to India they became politicians

So do u mean INDIA should surrender and make plans for uneducated man..... uneducated should try to become educated.....not vice-versa

The kind of education Man Mohan, Montek Aluwala, Chidambaram got have no meaning as you can already see: inflation, house price going through the roof, farmers suicides, no jobs .....

Can you explain how the same MM Singh bailed us out in 1991 situation when the entire nation was on the verge of bankruptcy? My advice: try to live in a real world with real people. Have you ever given a thought to the problems we might face in case we don't sign the deal? Think that way and you will find answers yourself.
