This is exactly mu point.

WHO GAVE the indian government the AUTHORITY to spend money on HAJJ Travel ?

The government does NOT have that authority.

Government should get out of this business.

100 %.

As a Muslim, it is wrong to take money from the government for HAJJ. HAJJ is an INDIVIDUAL religious duty. Government has nothing to do with it.

I do not expect the government to help me with the goat sacrifice. Hajj is no different.

Constitutionally, the government has no authority to give Hajj subsidies or run temples. It can help with the paper work to facilitate visas (and change fee for that). But there should be absolutely no financial assistance towards HAJJ.

if taking money to go for haj is haram then why do you people take the haram money
As someone said Perhaps our self-righteous and petty Kashmiri politicians in India's only Muslim-majority state should reflect over these facts and tell us whether they think it is at least their moral if not political obligation to be more caring and sensitive to Hindu pilgrims visiting Amarnath. If we can do so much for Indians going on a pilgrimage abroad, should we not be able to do as much if not better for pilgrims at home? the muslim where he is in a majority wants the minority to have no rights & does everything to crush the minority & where he is in a minority then cries & wants special
rights to protect him ........wake up my fellow HINDUS & rally againstn the papal congress & the chinese traitorous commies who then combine to crush HINDUS & give HINDU money to the ingrats

As long as it is a principled approach, Muslims like me will support it.

No Government involvement in religious activities/funds/trusts/Mosques/Temples.

Religion is an individual belief. I do not want my fellow citizens to pay more taxes so that I can practise my religion.

I hope people see that.
