Time to kick out the whole population of kashmiris, and fill it with bhayias and biharis. it will solve problems of other states too.

We should re-populate Kashmir.
India should give free land, Guns and money to the settlers.

yes, look how China is following the same policy in Tibet, we should imitate successful policies and not drag on with failed approaches. The truth is there is no political will to solve this problem.
