Your language best describes your culture. And can u pls tell who are outsiders ? Those that came from Bihar, or U.P, Karnataka, or from other parts of Maharastra itself like Pune, Thane, Nashik ? Or those that stayed in Mumbai from past few days....? ....weeks ? months..? years...? decades...? or ....centuries...??? Bcos Mumbai without the influx of outsiders would have been a small time time town like any other with its resident local population.
