The USA NSG is worried that India will divert fuel for weapons. The solution is very simple.
USA and Russia have 1000s of nuclear war heads that can destroy the world 100x over. AND iNDIA HAS AND WILL DO WHAT IT NEEDS TO DO to protect itself.
So its simple USA and Russia give 100 powerful nuclear missiles to India FREE and CLEAR. It was done for is real. They (USA,Russia) won't even miss them. They sit in the silos anyways. THE SUM TOTAL IN THE WORLD REMAINS THE SAME.
This gives India its security and the USA NSG and other countries the business of civil nuclear power plants. The NPT etc become irrelevant. The clean air problem is addressed as well. I WORDED ON THE DESIGN AND COMMISSING OF A PLANT IN MICHIGAN. The contracts can even be given on turn key basis to USA/France/Russian countries to build and operate them at 90% plus efficiency, instead of 50% as they currently do in India. Once Indians can run them competitively they take over full control.
Everybody wins. This may sound radical and off the cuff--but sometimes you have to think outside the BOX. Tough situations require tough decisions. Japan/France build three nuclear power plants concurrently in 5 years, 3000 plus megawatts total. India will take 15-20 years.
THINK SERIOUSLY, Is India going to use them nuclear weapons against USA/Russia/France/Japan OR any other country near or far on first strike basis. ?????

A really since US should first disarm itself, junk all its nuclear weapons and then call for world peace. It is not that I have everything I want but you all maintain restraint. We are sovereign. If we don't have fuel, we should think of making our own instead of depending on these guys.
